🌳 The Tree of Life

The Tree of Life - Otz Chiim

The central diagram of Kabbalah and Hermetic cosmology, the Tree of Life maps the process of creation from infinite unity to material diversity. It consists of ten Sefirot (spheres) and 22 connecting paths—each path corresponding to a Hebrew letter, astrological sign, and Major Arcana card.

"The Tree of Life is a glyph, or composite symbol, which is intended to represent the cosmos in its entirety and the soul of man as related thereto. Every symbol upon the Tree is a living force, and the Tree itself is a living being. To meditate upon the Tree is to enter into relationship with the Cosmic Life."
